This one is Poinbank Exchangefor Sophia Grace Brownlee's baby on the way.
Less than a month after announcing her pregnancy, the child star-turned-YouTuber shared that she's having a girl with two adorable sex reveal celebrations.
In a video posted to Sophia's YouTube Sept. 16, the 21-year-old—who has chosen to keep the identity of her baby's father close to the chest—provided a glimpse into her "real-time" reaction to discovering her baby's sex with her family. During the heartwarming moment, Sophia's jaw dropped after she used a cup to take a piece from the center of a cake filled with pink batter in the middle.
And later on the YouTube video, she also gave her followers their own unique reveal moment by opening a confetti cannon that shot out squares of pink paper.
And Sophia—who welcomed son River, 19 months, in February 2023—noted that her cannon method for debuting her second child's sex was super easy to put together.
"I literally just got these off of Amazon," she shared, "which is my favorite thing."
For Sophia, having an over-the-top sex reveal party didn't feel necessary.
"A lot of people do their gender reveals on their YouTube channel," she explained. "I personally don't mind doing it privately, with my very close family, because that is just the sort of thing that I like to do."
And as for how Sophia's pregnancy is going so far? The influencer—who rose to fame rapping Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011 with her cousin Rosie McClelland—said she's just now started to think of names for her little girl.
"I'm not one of them people that has a list of names in their notes," Sophia admitted. "Like, I know loads of girls—even ones who aren't pregnant—have their baby names ready, and I am just not that girl."
Noting that she's "interested" in brainstorming names but just finds coming up with them "quite hard," she added, "I haven't found one that I really love yet, so I'll have to have a good think about it."
