Ryan Reynolds Reveals His Favorite Taylor Swift Song—and You Won’t Be Disappointed

Don't blame Ryan Reynolds for belting out "Betty" at the Eras Tour.
After being asked his favorite Taylor Swift song during a game with pals Shawn Levy and Hugh Jackman, the Deadpool star shared that the folklore song makes the top of the list.
"Come on, man," Ryan said after revealing his answer, "I'm in my folklore and evermore era."
The 47-year-old's choice came as a surprise for Hugh, who had a valid explanation for why he thought his Deadpool and Wolverine costar would pick "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
"He sang it to me on the very last day of the shoot," Hugh explained. "Word for word."
Shawn—who directed their forthcoming Marvel film—had a solid guess as well with "Gorgeous," which features a voice cameo at the very beginning from Ryan and wife Blake Lively's daughter James, 9.
But there's a sentimental reason why "Betty" trumps both of them. After all, the song references three of his and Blake's children: James, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4.
Taylor even gave the little ones a special shout out when they watched her perform the track alongside Blake and Ryan—who also welcomed a fourth baby in February—during her recent Eras Tour stop in Madrid.
"I have to say that on Folklore," the "Cruel Summer" singer told the crowd during the May 29 show, "some of my favorite characters are named James, Inez and Betty."
And as for what Ryan and Blake's kids think of the Grammy winner's catalog? They're always ready to shake it off when Taylor puts out new music.
"We're headed straight to the porch where we're doing a full dance number set to Midnights, swear words included," Ryan said during an appearance on The Jess Cagle Show ahead of her 2022 album's release. "My favorite thing is when a 3-year-old is just throwing down the F-bomb in a song and has no idea."
